Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken:
    • Cook chicken using your preferred method (grill, boil, or bake).
    • Shred or dice the cooked chicken.
  • Prepare Chicken Salad:
    • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional), ½ cup finely chopped celery, ¼ cup diced red onion, and ¼ cup diced bell pepper.
