Instructions
- Cook the Chicken:
- Cook chicken using your preferred method (grill, boil, or bake).
- Shred or dice the cooked chicken.
- Prepare Chicken Salad:
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional), ½ cup finely chopped celery, ¼ cup diced red onion, and ¼ cup diced bell pepper.
- Season with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
