Instructions
- Cook Tortellini: Boil the tortellini according to package instructions, drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
- Prepare Vegetables: In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, diced bell peppers, sliced cucumbers, olives, and red onions.
